General
1.These terms and conditions apply to all orders that you place at personal-touch.at. Orders can only be placed if you agree to the general terms and conditions and the cancellation policy. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time and without notice. Please read our terms and conditions and the cancellation policy carefully before placing an order. You can only order if you are of legal age and have a residential address in Austria. The offer of our products does not guarantee that they will be available at all times. We reserve the right to discontinue any item at any time.
2. ORDER / CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT When you complete your order, you will first receive an order confirmation to your email address. If for any reason we are unable to complete the order we will notify you as soon as possible. Upon receipt of the order confirmation, a legally binding purchase contract is created.
3. RETENTION OF TITLE The ordered goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.
4. PRICES, SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY All prices are final prices including sales tax. Shipping only takes place to addresses in Austria and Germany. Shipping is insured and the shipping costs are independent of the size and weight of the package:
Austria: 5 EUR per order
Germany: 10 EUR per order
If you would like to ship to another country, please contact us before completing your order. Unless otherwise agreed, our delivery dates are exclusively non-binding information and refer to our working hours from Monday to Friday.
5. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWAL You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods; In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us

inform you of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory. We will immediately send you confirmation (e.g. by email) of receipt of such a revocation. In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires. Consequences of revocation If you revoke this contract, we must repay to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation of this contract

to send back. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. Goods that are manufactured according to your individual wishes (e.g. with name, embroidery, choice of fabric, etc.) cannot be returned.
6. PAYMENT METHODS
You can decide for yourself how you would like to pay for your order. We offer you the following payment options:
Pay in advance If you place your order specifying the payment method 'advance payment', you will receive all the information required for payment after the order confirmation. Please transfer the invoice amount to our account within 10 days.
Pay by credit card Pay for your order easily and conveniently by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
Pay via PayPal Pay for your order easily and conveniently via the online payment service provider PayPal. Further information can be found here directly on the PayPal website.
